Coffee is part of our family story. The roasting knowledge our grandfather passed down continues through MR JADE’s own specialty coffee roast. We bring that heritage to a contemporary coffee experience at Burj Crown in Downtown Dubai.
What is the MRJADE Coffee story?
MRJADE began as a family coffee craft, grew into a wider brand in 1999, and launched MRJADE Coffee in 2018. Founder Jade Sen connects his family’s artisanal roasting heritage to a modern coffee program: beans from four countries, evaluated in Hamburg, roasted in Istanbul, and brewed at the Downtown Dubai flagship that opened in April 2025.

A legacy rooted in craft
The MRJADE brand was established in 1999 and grew across gastronomy, events, fashion, real estate and hospitality. In 2018, MRJADE Coffee launched as its own brand, with coffee as the newest chapter of a much older story.
A coffee journey crossing borders
MRJADE sources coffee from Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil and Colombia. From there it travels to Hamburg for quality evaluation, to Istanbul for roasting, and finally to Dubai, where it’s brewed and served.
The flagship chapter
In April 2025, MRJADE Coffee opened its flagship cafe in Downtown Dubai, near Burj Khalifa. The space treats architecture, presentation and service as part of the same experience as the cup itself.

MRJADE pairs V60 brewing with equipment that monitors variables like grind size and water temperature, aiming for a more consistent cup without losing the hand-poured ritual.

Origin is only the first chapter. MRJADE sources coffee from Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil and Colombia, then connects those beans to Hamburg for evaluation and Istanbul for roasting before the finished experience reaches Dubai.
